About Us
Nikki Prince is the powerhouse voice behind the Nikki Prince Band, bringing grit, soul, and undeniable stage presence to every performance. A seasoned performer, Nikki has fronted multiple bands over the years, shaping her into the dynamic lead she is today.Her musical roots run deep—she began singing in church as a child, performing for her grandfather and at weddings and community events, where her love for connecting through music first took hold. By 19, she had picked up a guitar and stepped onto open mic stages, quickly carving out her place in the local music scene.Nikki’s vocal range is as fearless as it is versatile. She can command the stage with high-energy rock anthems or pull a crowd in with stripped-down, emotional ballads. From powerful, iconic rock vocals to soft, heartfelt melodies, she brings authenticity and passion to every genre she touches. In addition to lead vocals, Nikki occasionally adds depth to performances with bass and percussion.
Whether she’s belting out crowd favorites or delivering intimate acoustic moments, Nikki Prince creates an experience that leaves audiences wanting more.
Guitarist/multi-instrumentalist James Miroslaw has performed in multiple bands across the U.S., including touring as the opening act for major concerts. He appears on several independent CD releases as sole instrumentalist, arranger and producer. James serves on the worship team at Converge Christian Church in Portage.
Music
The Nikki Prince Band performs their own unique versions of classic songs from the 50's to today, by bands such as Fleetwood Mac, Radiohead, Heart, Evanessence, Lady Gaga, The Who, Sia, Jewel, Pink Floyd, and many more, in arrangements ranging from mellow acoustic to heavy rock.
